If your university or college is not listed in our order process, you can simply select “other university” at the bottom. In this case, we would appreciate if you could send us an additional e-mail with the name of your university via the contact form, so that we can include it in the directory.

We check your enrollment via your university e-mail address. If you enter a different e-mail address, problems may occur. Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to send you stationary.

To ensure that you actually receive your learning package, it is important to enter your correct and complete address (also with address suffix) as well as your correct name in the boxes provided. Unfortunately, we cannot consider additional information about your address in the note field.

Unfortunately, we are only represented in the USA so far and can therefore not send your learning material to other countries. Please understand and do not order the learning material in this case.

If you have ordered the learning material, you should usually receive a confirmation email to your specified email address after a short time. If this is not the case, please wait at least 24 hours and then contact us via the contact form. Please do not try to get a confirmation email in the meantime by ordering again.

We ship our materials about 1-3 times a semester, so placing an order does not trigger immediate shipping. So it will take a little until your learning material arrives.
